Hard copies of 2026 tax bills will be mailed by October 2nd and are due by December 15th.  Only one copy is mailed to the owner/address on file provided by Gwinnett County.  We do not mail statements to mortgage companies.  If you have any questions, please email taxes@duluthga.net.
